We have been farming mangoes in this small region between the Costa Tropical and Malaga for many years, where the subtropical climate is ideal for growing exotic fruits right here on the doorstep of Europe. These Mediterranean slopes used to grow Moscatel Grapes for the famous sweet Malaga wine, Olives and Figs, but now are more covered in Mangos, Avocados, Guavas and Lychees. The wild flowers in Spring are stunning, which only goes to show how natural and unspoilt this area still is.
We carefully select only ripe mangos and prepare them for drying using specially designed dehydrators which carefully control the temperature and humidity, allowing them to be dried gently and naturally.
With over 300 days of sunshine a year, we are lucky enough to live a very healthy outdoor life and we want to share a little of that with you, every time you taste our delicious dried mango!
